At the heart of the HD15’s performance is its innovative dual-emitter system, combining a high-efficiency LH351D and an ultra-bright SST20 LED. These emitters allow you to toggle seamlessly between two distinct beam patterns: a focused spotlight with a 105° beam angle for long-range visibility, and a wide 125° floodlight for broad, even coverage in close quarters. This flexibility makes it ideal for a wide range of activities—from night hiking and rock climbing to fishing, camping, or emergency response.

The headtorch features five adjustable brightness levels, from a low 5 lumens for night-time orientation to a powerful 1500 lumens in high mode. Each mode is designed to balance light output with battery efficiency, extending runtime when needed. For safety and communication, the HD15 includes multiple strobe functions, including SOS and beacon signals, which can be activated with a single button press—critical in emergency situations.

Built for rugged use, the HD15’s body is crafted from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminium alloy, precision CNC-machined and finished with a military-spec Type III hard-anodised coating. This ensures exceptional resistance to scratches, corrosion, and impact, while also enhancing heat dissipation. The advanced Active Thermal Regulation (ATR) system monitors internal temperature in real time and automatically reduces brightness when overheating is detected, preventing damage and maintaining stable performance even during prolonged use.

With an IP68 rating, the HD15 is fully sealed against dust and water, capable of withstanding submersion up to 2 metres deep for 30 minutes. This makes it perfectly suited for use in rain, snow, or even accidental drops in puddles or streams—common challenges on any outdoor expedition.

User convenience is prioritised with a soft, adjustable headband that ensures a secure, comfortable fit across a range of head sizes. The included heavy-duty two-way pocket clip allows for flexible mounting on clothing, backpacks, or gear, while the strong tailcap magnet lets you attach the torch to metal surfaces—ideal for hands-free operation when repairing equipment or checking gear.

Powering the HD15 is a single 18650 lithium-ion battery, which is included and rechargeable via USB-C.
